At last, the long-awaited opening of Jack’s BBQ in the Columbia Tower food court is happening! Jack Timmons and team will be bringing delicious, perfectly smoked Central Texas BBQ from their BBQ pit to the Tower’s central dining area known by area denizens as ‘The Pit’ beginning the morning of Monday, December 17th.
The menu at Jack’s Columbia Tower location will feature many of the same meats that can be found at ‘Jack’s BBQ Headquarters’ including smoked Brisket, Pork Ribs, Sausage, Pulled Pork and Chicken along with sandwiches and sides. A few holdovers from the Safeco Field menu will also be available such as the Sausage Dog made with brisket chili, cheese and jalapenos. And last, but certainly not least, Jack will be serving his famous breakfast tacos with brisket, jalapeno cheddar sausage or veggie versions every morning. Jack’s BBQ Columbia Tower will be open from 7 a.m. until 2 p.m. from Monday through Friday. Stay tuned for news about Jack’s third location in South Lake Union at the corner of 9th and Thomas scheduled to open in January 2019!
