From humble beginnings… is how I want to start this blog post.  I met Stuart and Jeremy Butler when I was a manager at Ray’s Boathouse and Cafe in the early 90’s.  Always smiling, these two young gentleman would greet everyone at the wooden stairs leading up to the front doors of  the “boathouse”.  As a way to make a little extra cash during college the Butler brothers launched their now premier transportation company with Ray’s as its first client.  Some 25+ years later Butler Transportation, Butler Valet and Butler Wine Tours all operate under the umbrella brand of Butler Seattle.  What sets them apart from other companies and makes them so special?  As you will hear Stuart talk about his award winning company in this short video taken at the Woodinville Wine Country  Women and Wine event in March, the three words that stand out are quality, excellence and experience.  I don’t think you can ask for more than that.  Although with Butler service you do get more.  Its a personalized way of doing business where you talk to the owner directly and the service you receive is customized to your liking.

With the growth of the wine industry in Woodinville, conducting custom wine tours was a natural step for Butler.  The “wine Stuart” as I like to call him,  has personal relationships with many of the winemakers and tour goers get that back-stage pass service with extra’s strategically thrown in.  But why listen to me when you can hear it from the man himself?
