Yields 13 – 4 oz ramekins (buttered and sugared)


6 eggs
1 vanilla bean (scraped)
1 1/2 cups sugar (6 oz)
3/4 cup flour (3 oz)
1 1/2 cups cream
1 1/2 cups milk
