Our area is a mecca for the truffle industry providing a perfect backdrop for bringing awareness to this unique food and wine arena. The event is designed to cultivate and nurture the wild/native truffle industry through education, community and respect for all life. With various areas of the world, such as Australia, Napa Valley and Oregon, hosting truffle festivals, this expo brings light to a local industry that is thriving. The International Truffle Expo is an opportunity for growers, foresters, foodies, wine-enthusiasts, dog owners, nature-lovers and businesses to eat, drink and learn together – a true “forest-to-fork” experience.

The expo will consist of seminars, cooking classes, dinners and dog forays. The International Truffle Expo is a celebration of the edible fungi that offers luxury with a charming adventure and aromatic food experience. The International Truffle Expo has partnered with Columbia Winery, Novelty Hill-Januik Winery and The Herbfarm to host several events throughout the weekend including a Truffle Business Seminar, foraging trips, an all day marketplace expo, a nine course dinner with AAA Five Diamond rated restaurant with Chef Chris Weber and truffle cooking demonstrations. Woodinville’s strong wine and culinary reputation, paired with the host of speakers and chefs from around the world, is bound to provide an unforgettable experience.
